For Hollywood Unlocked, I was brought in to build the first version of the platform from the ground up. I defined requirements with the founder, designed the UX for breaking-news publishing and community, and engineered the core stack: CMS, real-time content ingest, scheduling and syndication to social, ad inventory and placements, SEO structure, moderation tools, and analytics.
