On Savage X Fenty, I worked shoulder-to-shoulder with in-store ops, tech, and CX design to make the LiDAR fitting room feel smooth, not scary. I collaborated with engineers to define the scan flow, with stylists and floor staff on how to explain it to customers, and with the membership team on how to offer subscriptions at the right moment. We tested together, adjusted together, and aligned on what success looked like—better fit, fewer returns, and membership that felt like a smart choice, not a hard sell.
