For Tim Hortons, I pulled marketing, product, and execs into the same room and we built the idea together: a branded EV charger that talked to their loyalty program and their customers. I worked with engineers to design the charging experience, with the loyalty team to plug in points and rewards, and with the in-store marketing crew to program the digital screens so they pushed real offers that matched the time of day. Everyone brought their piece, and I was the one who made sure it all clicked into one clean, driver-to-coffee journey.
