Adidas X Avirex

On the Adidas X Avirex project, I worked closely with my stylist client, the production team, and the brand to create a deal that worked for everyone. I sat with my client to understand his real workload and needs, then collaborated with producers and accounts to fold that into schedules, budgets, and legal terms. The rate card, the usage, and the payment plan all came from honest conversations on all sides. By keeping everyone in the loop and on equal footing, we delivered a shoot where the brand got fire visuals and my client got paid what his craft was truly worth.
