For Careit, I built the engine from zero: I defined requirements, chose the first data stack and CRM, wrote the business rules, mapped multi-user workflows, and coded the core app and integrations. I connected nonprofits, city/state/federal systems, and partner APIs into a single compliant pipeline with guardrails for regulations, permissions, and audit trails. The heart of it was a real-time matching layer that paired surplus food donations with qualified recipients, reconciled inventory, and reported outcomes instantly.
